Medications that require temperature control are shipped with insulated packaging and cold packs to maintain stability during transit.

Delivery timeline

Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of your prescription being filled. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
